Caro Remixes the Juan Maclean

Posted by Dave Segal at 02:54 PM

Seattle tech-house savant Caro (AKA Randy Jones) has remixed DFA Records artist the Juan Maclean’s “Love Is in the Air.” Because you’re special, I’m presenting a link to the remix for you. Have at it, my lovelies.

Dave, any idea if this will be released on ORAC?

2

We should all feel so special. Caro's remix is dish de-lish.

3

It's coming out on 12" through DFA [www.dfarecords.com]. Support vinyl, support indie record shops.
This PSA has been brought to you by my self-righteous Doppelgänger.

A great remix. There's another mix of that track by mock and hoof (who?) but i like this on better.

How is the juan maclean so, so slept on when his record is so, so good?

5

The Juan Maclean are about a thousand times better live than they are on record. Seriously. Don't ever miss them if they hit your city. Especially if you are a cowbell aficionado.

6

thanks Dave. This remix is excellent. Liked nearly all the mixes of Tito's Way so can't wait for the new remix package to come out.

Speaking of local record stores... can I get a hell yeah for Zion's Gate?
