DFA or Jelinek
I’m just now starting to feel like myself after running myself ragged last weekend. Thus far this week I’ve managed to miss DJ Shadow, Serena Maneesh and countless other things the last few days, but tonight I’m headed out of the apartment. Do I head to:

- or -

Considering Dave’s constant Jelinek praise it’s safe to say that’s where he’ll be. What about the rest of you? If I’m going to be missing Adult Swim, I want to be sure it’s worth it.

If you have to ask which one, stay home.
I'm going to try to hit both, as both have much to offer, but Jelinek is my priority.
Seattle has waited a long time for Jelinek to perform here and he was amazing at Mutek. The night also features Kris Moon doing a live PA of deep dubby music (think Zions Gate), so that show is the more rare and unique of the two.
Plus, I'm all danced out after four nights of fun last weekend, so I'll be at Neumos (not just because I work for Decibel). Go to both if you can't decide!
Surely this decision should be made depending on what's in your stash. If you've got uppers, go to DFA. If it's psychadelics or downers go to JJ. Easy!
i like the way you think, mike.
DFA fer sure.
I like the way you make music Burdfur - nice CD! I'll be in touch about that...

DFA, natch.
I'm sure they'll be equally good showcases, but for markedly different reasons. I'm in the mood for sweaty disco tonight.
