So Many Dynamos’ Gear Stolen
So Many Dynamos were absolutely fantastic at the Paradox last night. If you missed it, be bummed. They made my shitty day a lot better with their 45 minutes of awesome, so it’s even more upsetting to learn this morning that some of their gear was stolen after the show last night.
Here’s what’s missing:
1 black wallet - $100 cash & ID for So Many Dynamos’ guitarist, Griffin
1 Verizon black flip cell phone
1978 Gibson SG - Tobacco Sunburst (had a repaired headstock, in case with a Smokey the Bear sticker on it)
G & L ASAT Classic Tribute Series - Sunburst Orange & Black
Case with name & contact info in side it.
Squire Super Sonic - black & white in black gig bag

Also, they’ll be taking donations for the band at the upcoming Damien Jurado show, so if you plan on attending, maybe bring a little extra something for the jar. The boys still have a lot of tour left to get through.

another tip; don't make it obvious it's a band van. no stickers, etc. i've never been in a touring band and i know that.
I'd understand if the stuff was stolen out of their van, it wasn't. It was stolen from the back room of the Paradox, during the show. Yes, during the show or within 5 minutes of the show ending.

How many bands have had their gear stolen in the last 2 years? I could name about 12 if you need.
How many bands KEEP making the same mistake?
That's some awesome equipment to have stolen and that must really suck, but don't say no one warned you.
