Priest is a G with his. "B.I.B.L.E." off of GZA's Liquid Swords, shit anything off of his Heavy Mental is classic material. I was a big fan of his appearance on (of all things)the Jon Spencer remix LP from years back too.
Now is the part where I can't help but mention that his babymomma is Amil, formerly of Roc-A-Fella. There I did it.

that whole ghost dog OST is the joint. that fastshadow song with method man was a personal favorite.

priest keeps a semi-regular journal on hiphopgame.com that i check out. i always got the feeling that he was one of GZA's pupils. his boy hell razah dropped a fairly sick album a few months back that featured priest plus a dope original track and verse from MFDOOM. there's a little bit of a weird conspiracy theory vibe to some priest shit, but mostly i like that he's so hardcore about learning. you always get the impression that he reads a lot. priest fucks with libraries hardbody.

Yeah, Lawell's Material. That same album also features Ramellzee, Kool Keith, DXT, Bernie Worrell, phonosycographDISK, Jerome Bigfoot Brailey, etc.
