I’ve said it before—Velella Velella is a newfound love. Their hip-swiveling electro-funk seems like the perfect sonic complement to the technorganic architecture of the Central Library.

AND if you didn't know, Velella Velella is playing at Chop Suey this Thursday with the Love Lights and THIEVES OF KAILUA. The show is going to be AWESOME!

Lest we neglect to celebrate the appearance of Nordic Soul. He is hands down one of the best DJ's in Seattle.
Is any 'artist' gonna drop a red/inked inflatable GI Joe off the library's suicide perch? That would be a cute photo-op for the paparazzi.
