Isn't the Showbox "at the market" on the chopping block in the next few years anyway? Now they have another venue ready to move into when the landlord tears down the 1st ave building to make room for condos.

But how will they deal with the Mariners schedule? As I understood it, the Premier couldn't have shows on game nights due to parking/traffic. Or is that no longer the case?
