Saturday looks pretty good. I'm also really hoping to catch Menomena. The latest album is really good, brings to my mind TV on the Radio and Morphine. I admit the latter comparison borders on the blasphemous and I'm not sure how they'll re-create their sound live (especially w/ the horrific systems of Bumbershoot), but they are great on CD.
How'd Apples in Stereo and Aqueduct not get stars in the guide? The latest from each is great.
Looks like the best up-and-comers got the lawn? This is really shaping up to be a clusterf#$%. If the extra $ doesn't mean less crowded and better sound, Saturday will be Bumbershoot for me. I'm already annoyed that there aren't some blues and R&B classics like in past years.
