I believe adrenaline is for heroin and other opiates, not cocaine.

Wrong. Narcan is the specific antidote administered for narcotic (heroin) overdose. Adrenaline (norepinephrine)is a cardiovascular stimulant, used emergently to improve blood pressure and heart rate for many different causes of shock. Although usually, intravenous fluid is a better treatment, if the hypotension (low blood pressure) isn't too severe.
