My 'god-niece' and I saw Kanye on the street during the '06 Bumbershoot. She had just seen him the week before at some other festival. So excited i recognized him, she flipped me her digicam and Kanye was cool. Put his arm around her waited for the flash, then on to his celly. He had a group of dudes around. Neat stuff. It was on the block just west of Utrecht art supplies.
