There are people in their 30s/40s who have worked at these places for YEARS with no form of health insurance, while the owners literally drive Mercedes SUVs. I understand you can't be giving health insurance to every 20 something young whippersnapper who works there for a year or two, but when you have veteran employees well into their thirties scraping by with tips and 8 bucks an hour, you should have the fucking decency to acknowledge their commitment to your business and buy them some goddamned medicine.

The owners have also discouraged new fathers from working overtime to support their families because they don't want to pay time and a half.
