You will find Magic on the radio nowhere... what's sad, and a telling sign, is to look at how far Springsteen's use of the radio in his lyrics has changed:

"Like a vision she dances
across the porch
As the radio plays"

But now it's
"I was spinnin' 'round a dead dial
Just another lost number in a file
Dancin' down a dark hole
Just searchin' for a world
with some soul"
