saunderson is a legend (and as the stranger article stated, unbelievably down to earth considering his contribution to the world of modern dance music). unfortunately, i don't know if i'll be able to make this particular event, but i would highly recommend it to anyone. i saw him dj with derrick may about a decade ago and they are amazing. anyone who thinks detroit techno is a one trick pony, WATCH OUT.
