As for the future of local hiphop? It is in the hands of Dyme Def and this duo…

…The Physics. For a small sample of the big beats produced by Dyme Def and The Physics, checkout this new mix
Program Mix Two.
The tracklist for the mix:“The Ride of Your Life” (produced by Jake One) - Gift of Gab
“They Call Me” - Physics
“StickemUp” - Dyme Def
“Power of Words” - Sirens Echo
“And All My” - Sirens Echo
And it don’t stop. Here you can hear Cancer Rising and The Saturday Knights performing live on Audioasis—the performance features RA Scion from Common Market and Jonathan Moore.
All of the above rappers and producers will be in the hiphop carnival,The Program, which begins tomorrow. Be there or be not at all.

Enuf, already. Hip hop in the NW is the same as it is everywhere else. A bunch of dudes yelling at the audience to put their hands up while waving towels. It's great, but not any different than elsewhere. Please stop trying to make a commodity of it.
i actually like these songs by Physics and Dyme Def. I never really gave local hip-hop much of a chance but apparently these shows are all close to selling out. I like this mix a lot! I wish it were a little longer but i guess i'll get a chance to hear some of this stuff live on Tuesday night!
see you there...
Hey enuf: You're a dummy. Stop being so dumb.
yo enuf - 80's hair band vets need not comment on hiphop...
Hip hop in general needs the NW scene right now. Have you heard the Shxt they've been playing on KUBE lately? They should change the name of that steaming pile to "T-pain radio". That guy makes me want to do awful things... unimaginable things.... Hip Hop isn't dead, it just took a vacation to the underground for a lil bit...
Wow, I'd never heard Gift of Gab before. I just bought their joint on i-Tunes. Thanks, Comrade Mudede!
