Met him outside of a blues bar last year while visiting my sister in Austin. very friendly fella, and was shocked that i knew the above song.

I played with him last time he was in town. My band was playing the Musiquarium at the Triple Door and Buddy was all kinds of fucked up on medication. He insisted on sitting in and playing "All Blues" with us twice in a row. RIP, you fat old fuck.
