Bremerton! Wait, what?
Before heading off to Tennessee for the Bonnaroo festival in June, Death Cab For Cutie will be making it’s way down the West Coast for a stint of dates that begins with a show in Bremerton on April 18th, forgoing a Seattle show. Following them down the coast will be MXPX the Cave Singers. Death Cab have also released a track listing for their upcoming album Narrow Stairs, out May 13th.

When he lived in Bremerton as a kid, Ben Gibbard was in a band called Post Nasal Drip.
True story.
(At least it's a true story according to my friend Mac, so Ben, if that's a lie, don't sue me.)
With the Cave Singers opening! Totally worth a ferry ride.
It's at a really beautiful 1,000-person theater, too. Totally worth the trip over.
Christ. I think my first show ever was a Death Cab show in Bremerton. I had to sneak in being all under-aged at the time and all. I guess that's kinda punk-rock (in a death cab appropriate way)
