Also in the news:
Dolly Parton has rescheduled her upcoming because of back problems. So I'm guessing she won't be at SXSW after all. Not that I was planning on seeing her there.
Francis Bean is interviewed by Harper's Bazaar. Harper's is the oldest continuously publishing American magazine. Harper's Bazaar is the crummiest American fashion magazine.
@2 Duh, fixed that.
@1 I posted that earlier: http://lineout.thestranger.com/2008/02/dollys_boobs_cancel_tour
Yeah -- I was wondering what in the hell Harpers wanted to know from Francis Bean. Then my browser crashed when I clicked on the link, so I figured it must not have been terribly important.
Am I the only person who was initially very excited to hear about a new alkaline trio album only to remember that the last 2 haven't been all that great?
Yeah, that was me being lazy and not typing out the whole thing completely spacing on the fact that there is a Harpers and there is a difference and yes. Anyway.
Also, @5 - you are not. I really like AT first few records. And I have also been bummed out about their recent stuff. But alas, I wait for #6... with hope.
