White Stripes - I'm no copyright expert, but I don't see how a radio show host retains the rights - much less the publishing rights - to the voice of an incoming caller. Maybe the station is suing?

Also, good luck getting any money out of (defunct) Dionysus for that, even their artist allegedly didn't get paid.

My hunch is she just realized how big they were and is hoping they'll settle?

I don't know if 2500 copies of limited edition vinyl is really gonna satisfy the millions of cd/mp3 people who love that movie and have waited for 36 years. Sounds kinda lame to me.
