Still, I wouldn't call the show at EC "garbage." These Arms put on a fucking GREAT live show--they're constantly on the road so they're ridiculously well rehearshed and tight, and they have a wicked light show with their set. I assume they still do, anyway. Even if you're not a fan of the music, there's great musicianship and showmanship representing that you gotta appreciate at least a little.

And Helms Alee, well, I'll second was bunnypuncher said. Check out their myspace page. They're great.
