<description><![CDATA[<p>It's kinda hard to draw an analogy between fame, then and now. I'm going to say there really isn't an equivalent. </p>

<p>I'm not sure what answer I'd give if a little kid pressed me on it. Today, pop stars are covered so ad nauseam, there's nothing to compare to the mystique of the Houdinis, Charles Lindberghs, or Jack Dempseys of the past.</p>

<p>Jordan probably is the closest thing I can think of...but is that "now"? Maybe Oprah? </p>]]></description>
