i'll be there for sat and sun. mon. will be too unbearably hippie-ish for my taste. patchouli and sweat + too much beer = barf in the extreme.
(this only refers to the main stage, but still not bothered enough with the rest to stay the extra day)
What drug would you even do to make REM better? Is parenthood considered a drug?
I could skip Sunday too if it weren't for Flight of the Conchords and Rodrigo Y Gabriela.
Whoops - I meant Monday. (took my drugs WAY too soon)
I think Sunday, Monday. Or Saturday Sunday... Sunday for sure! But man, they really spread this one out. I hope there's some very good hidden acts to be announced. I was not hoping for the Mars Volta.
I'd be happy with just Monday just to see what Flaming Lips mean by "UFO Show".
Oh! I also heard through the grapevine that they're screening/debuting Christmas on Mars at Sasquatch this year.
Exciting.
But is it just a rumor?
The UFO Show = Wayne comes out of a bubble that acts like a UFO. It hovers over the stage during the beginning. Then he rolls around the audience in the bubble. They leave in a similar way. It's fun, and totally worth seeing. I saw the bonnaroo show last year...
