Are you pulling pieces of paper out of a hat? Or do you have some computer algorithm that selects a random mp3 from The Stranger's collection? Or are you using "random" in the more colloquial sense where you mean the mp3 chosen is an arbitrary choice of yours apropos of no other factors?

Some days I just start browsing the names and whichever one grabs my eye and has an MP3, gets picked.

Sometimes I click the mouse on a letter, click the mouse on a page number in that letter, and then click on the fourth profile down. Or sixth profile down. Or tenth. Whichever I feel like picking.

Sometimes, before I even go into the page, I decide on a key word to search for and a number. Say, "Kittens" and seven. Then I search for the word "kittens" and pick the seventh band profile to be returned with MP3s and I post the first song from their page. Or the second, if I listen to both and like one more than the other.
