Boo Davis (insanley cute metal head girl) has been making "Heavy-metal themed" quilts for the past two years. She has even been commissioned by Kerry King's wife (he of SLAYER!) to do a Slayer themed quilt for King's b-day.

She is in the process of writing a book about heavy metal quilting. No shit!

These need to be in the Seattle Art Museum or at the very least there should be a good gallery show of them.

Quilting is underrated.

I agree with Strath, these quilts should be in a gallery or a museum.

Mr. Jim better get sewing!

A very cool slice of Seattle music history.
