damn I fuck with Blood Visions hard, wish I could go to this

The new Black Keys record is the jam. Show last nite was so so, the venue ain't the greatest is it? Also sound seemed a bit atrocious, maybe their monitors were off or something but Dan's guitar sounded off-tune a couple of times..I don't know. It was ok overall.

Just saw the show last night and I must say, Jay Reatardedest band I've ever seen live! They SUCKED! The Keys were great, venue, so,so...but come on. Letting the better man play first? Jaytard must sound better when your head's in your ass.

The Reatards were horrible...I can't beleive that someone would actually write up that there was an expectation they would out perform the Keys. The Keys blew me away last night, rocking hard! I think there was about 45 seconds of music I enjoyed from Jay Reatard. Anyhow, while there is some good punk music in this world it was not from these guys. There was no contest that the Black Keys played better, sounded better and rocked harder!

Just youtube some live performances of Jay Reatard and you'll see what the hype is about. And Blood Visions sounds nothing like any Redd Kross album, but whatever.
And the Black Keys sucked ASS when I saw them 6 years ago; rote, soulless reiteration with no spontaneity at all. It was like watching a band from LA.
