Self-promotion lacks tact.
Indeed it does.
Fuck it. The Stranger needs more metal. If self-promotion is where is where it must start, then bring it.
However, your version of metal is perhaps a little different than mine. I had thought myself knowledgeable in the metallic arts but I've never hear of any of these bands mentioned in the second paragraph. Is this all hipster drone metal?
Regardless, good luck with the show and keep the True Metal alive in the Emerald City.
Speaking of self-promotion, looks like "these assholes" are playing the Blue Moon on May 15th, too.
you referenced ENGINE KID. thats weird.
I agree that the Stranger needs all the metal it can get, self-promotion or not. And it's not the Stranger's fault that Aaron's been in half of our good heavy bands in the past few years.
What's weird about mentioning Engine Kid?
— We had such a blast playing tonight, thanx to Jeff and all involved with us being able to take the stage.
Engine Kid reference: One of my greatest influences, that's why it's mentioned. If you were able to see our set tonight, ya might have picked that up in our material.
Thanx again, great night!
