Love Calling RZA

What matters in this video is not so much the story behind Wu-Tang Clan’s “Heart Gently Weeps,” which reformulates the Beatles’ “While My Guitar Gently Weeps,” but the ring of RZA’s cellphone. His wife is trying to get to him.
Top Five American Hiphop Producers:
(in this order)
RZA
Pete Rock
DJ Premier
Dilla
Hank Shocklee

Dilla is dead, dude.
Really Clarkj.......thanks for the news......
In order from 5 to 1, with Shocklee at 1, I'm sure you mean, Charles?
RZA: Greatest of all Time.
wow no timbaland, and Dilla should be number one hands down
forgot about dre?
Prince Paul????????
I agree on the grouping but not the order—RZA brought out the idea of the imperfect sample but Dilla perfected it on such a level that he might go ahead of RZA. And Premier so re-defined sampling with the chopped up style that started with "You Know My Steez" that he has to move up.
DJ Premier
Dilla
RZA
Pete Rock
Hank Shocklee
Honorable mention: Large Professor
Oh yeah and Dre. Actually Dre might have to replace Pete Rock on the list. It's only that he has done so much crap in recent years that he's easier to write off.
I would replace Pete Rock with Prince Paul and my honorable mention would be Dan The Automator since everybody has been biting his shit since the Octagon album...
timbaland
madlib
dungeon family
rick rubin
so what was so important about the cell phone ring? and, does rza ever finish chewing the damn food in his mouth?
