Which one of you journalists is going to nut up and ask Gibbard how much weight he's lost and why?

Did he go vegan? Commit to exercising? Did the prospect of 18 months of touring and promo work in one of the world's biggest rock bands motivate him to look better?

I'm not saying that's a bad thing at all. Good for him. I'm just curious.

He's still fat. That's just a bad photo.

While that is indeed a bad photo of Ben, he's clearly lost a ton of weight.

No, he was never fat. Just like, I don't know, Tyra Banks isn't fat. But dude *has* lost a good 10 to 20 pounds, I'd guess. It was obvious to me and my gal from a couple hundred feet away.

Like I said, good for him. I'm just curious if the prospect of exposure to millions of people in the coming months influenced the weight loss.

Also overheard: "That guy in the blue tent right over there has a HUGE boner. Check it out."

@8 - Isaac Brock is the one you should be asking this question about, for reals, the dude looks like he shed several layers of himself.

Gibbard's now-huge-looking head makes it appear he's lost body weight (and he probably has, i dunno). That guys got some serious hair now...and sideburns too!

Andrew, remember when you and Ben Gibbard used to look exactly the same? That was awesome!
