in all honesty I am about to go look at that myspace

at first i thought that was pretty funny.

but then i couldn't divorce the mood of the song from either the creepy foreshadowing coincidence of that scene (from royal tanenbaums) nor what eventually happened to smith. in that way, the joke couldn't overcome the source material.
