I've never heard Lightning Seeds.

However, "Hot Love" from Cheap Trick's first album is the greatest rock-n-roll song ever recorded.

"If You Want My Love" is one of Cheap Trick's greatest, I think, but I have no particular love for One on One as a whole. I intensely dislike their cartoon-porn material ("She's Tight," Woke Up With a Monster). And then there's "The Flame"...

Does the great stuff still manage to eclipse the crud? The great stuff is greater than the crud is cruddy, so I imagine so...

I luuuuv "She's Tight", but I'm like that. That other stuff you mention didn't happen till years later.

I made the mistake of buying The Doctor at some point. Yikes!

Fastbacks' "In The Summer" needs to be on that list. In fact, replace "Field Day" with the entire "Very, Very Powerful Motor" disc and you might be on to something.
