and click where it says "official site" there is a picture of issac standing with bernie mack who died yesterday. very spooky!

the website has not been update since the announcement of his death.

also strange that he would die just two days after his campaign for the memphis heart clinic at the olympics.

holy shit, that's stunning. i was watching a documentary on stax records this weekend and kept thinking that hayes was a crazy motherfucker - who buys a custom gold-lined caddy? chain mail shirt? thought the term 'black moses' was blasphemous, yet posed quasi christ-like for the album of the same name.

i'll have to throw some hayes into rotation today. RIP!
