Photo by Corey Bayless The best part about These Arms Are Snakes' performance at the impressively crowded Exhibition Hall was seeing the young kids lose their shit. I have fond memories of being 13 at Bumbershoot, moshing and crowd surfing...

We noticed the same thing about the (lack of) sound quality in the Exhibition Hall. I fucking hate that space.

It sounded so bad that we decided to leave These Arms are Sankes early, but, as we were leaving and got almost to the back doors, lo and behold, it sounded MUCH better.

You could actually hear guitar and the drums sounded less bath-tubby. Go figure that the back of the house was dialed in and next to the soundboard, where we were standing, was not.
