Tonight Colin Johnson’s Going-Away Party @ Nectar

Friday Jan. 16 at Nectar, that club’s knowledgeable (and damned friendly) talent buyer, Colin Johnson, says “buh-bye” to Seattle. His farewell party happens at 8 pm tonight on Nectar’s balcony. If you get your 21+ ass there before 9, you can attend that night’s show for free. The lineup features the excellent Cali funk ensemble Orgone, Kissing Potion, and Pat Les Stache.

Colin and his family are moving to LA, which we hear has quite a little music scene itself. We wish them all the best in that quiet village.

That's funny Nectar has not been open in a week and their website is now out of commission?! Is him leaving the end of the club as well?
