Tonight Also Tonight: Weekend's Debut!

Weekend, the new unlikely duo featuring Ryann Donnelly of Schoolyard Hereos and Mark Gajadhar of Champagne Champagne, was supposed to make their debut last month at the Showbox Green Room, but the snow had other plans. Along with just about every other show in the city that week, their scheduled performance was canceled.
Tonight they're making up for it by playing their first show in the city at the Cha Cha with These Arms Are Snakes. It's a benefit for the John Spalding Medical Fund, $5 at the door, and it'll start around 9 pm. They're also playing an all-ages show next weekend at Holy Mountain on the 31st.
