News Makeup Monsters Win Second Round of Sound Off! Semi-Finals

b218/1235441285-makeupmonsters.jpgOn Saturday night, Tacoma's Makeup Monsters took first place in the second round of semi-finals in this year's Sound Off! competition.

Congrats, Makeup Monsters!

The Audience Choice award went to Brier Rose and second place went to the Mission Orange. Good news for the 2nd place winners: for the first time this year, Sound Off! is allowing one wild card band to play in the finals. Between February 28th and March 2nd, fans will get to vote for their favorite runner-up via Sound Off!'s website. So while Dyno Jamz (last week's winners) and Makeup Monsters will for sure be performing for top honors come March 7th, the Mission Orange has a chance to come back and steal it all!

The next and last round of semi-finals is this Saturday with Cyrus Fell Down, Kids Get Hit by Buses, Razpy & The Vigilantes, and SOL.
