Homo / Nightlife / News Pony Rides Again?

Seattle's best gay bar—more fun per inch than anywhere in town—is coming back, according to Capitol Hill Blog. (Sorry, Dan, it's not in the old Kentucky Fried Chicken on Pine.) But the new place, opening in that funny little triangular florists' shop a block up from 12th on Madison, is called Pony Pub, and the applicant for the liquor license (one Mark Gibson Stoner) was not (to my knowledge) involved with the old Pony.

Still, it seems like a great spot for a bar. Will there be air hockey, and gay porn, and pyramids of cans of Crisco behind the bar, and Colt 45 served in paper bags with a straw? Only time will tell.
