Tonight Man Plus TOTAL AWESOMENESS, Tonight!

95cc/1241901750-jared.jpgI have been quite ridiculously in love with Man Plus for a while now, for they make me jump up and down and squeal like a wee girl, I'm not ashamed to admit it, and I refuse to justify myself. One reason: there's just....something...about the voice and energy and quirkiness of that dashing Jared Sprinkle (nee Mills) fellow who fronts the band...something sparkling and magnetic and secks-a-licious and silly (and, yes, gay as a home perm in Richard Simmon's kitchen, if you must know). Their sound has been described as "pretty, clever, and terribly depressing" and who am I to argue? All I know is that they will be "appearing", as it were, LIVE tonight at 6PM on KEXP (90.3FM stupid!), and even LIVER a bit later, at 9PM, at The High Dive (513 North 36th Street), in, yes, FREMONT. And hasn't it been far too long since you've visited Fremont? Of course it has.

$7 at the door. 9PM. And don't forget KEXP at 6! (That's free of course.)
