sorry charles, but this photo is many internet-years old. which is, i think, 1 regular year old.

mostly i think he is confused about the $1 bill he seems to have found.

that's what i thought at first -- which is pretty funny. then mind mind started wandering... and i began to think he just realized he's still owed $99 from someone who tried to slip a single in a stack of benjamins... that perplexed look is p putting the pieces together, and wondering if that really just happened....
