Because I can't help saying it again and again, because it is the truth: "Follow the Leader" is the greatest hiphop track in the history of the form.
But the video is one of the greatest blunders in the history of hiphop videos. By setting it in early 20th century gangland, the director failed twice: one, to capture the revolution that's erupting in the music; two, to capture the galactic dimension or flight of the track. The video should have been more like this:
