News / Upcoming Natalie Portman's Shaved Head Replace Ida Maria on Perez Hilton Tour

Perez Hilton loves Natalie Portman's Shaved Head. And when Ida Maria had to leave the Perez Hilton tour due to illness, he snatched up the local ponytail-loving dance band as the replacement:
"We couldn't be happier to add NPSH to the bill," he wrote on his blog. "Their energy is infectious and they will make what is already an awesome lineup even that much more awesome!"
Perez's tour will be in Seattle Monday, September 28th, at Showbox at the Market.

@1 He's just the promoter--it's his package tour that he put together with his favorite bands. I don't think he actually does anything. Except blog about it.

awww DAMNIT. first i buy the tix to the show as soon as they go on sale because i REALLY WANT to see ida maria live. then i see that the promoter, the venue, and just about anyone else are selling tix at HALF PRICE (i paid $60 for TWO tix including all the fucking fees, etc.) as i'm guessing the tix weren't selling well and they're trying to 'paper' to make sure there are some live bodies in the venue.
i even wrote to the showbox asking if they'd offer 2 more tix for being one of the early (only?) purchasers of full price tickets, and have received no reply.
and now this.
i'm sure NPSH will do a kickass job, but geebus i can see them like anytime. i can't say the same for ida maria.
