It wouldn't be a Halloween without a hipster hop zombie apocalypse, now would it? Word on the street is that Mad Rad have some truly arresting costumes prepared, and that they're going to be introduced by a very special surprise guest.

Boo!

Ugh, I like Mad Rad and even I am getting tired of their tireless p.r. campaign.

These guys are going to realize that playing Seattle 45 times in one year will do nothing for their career in the long run.

What would you suggest world champion? I dont think any band would turn down the press they have received from the stranger...

Go on the road. Broaden that fan base. Expand their reach beyond Capitol Hill.

They hired a p.r. agent.

A good manager would tell them to play less local shows and get on the road.

Don't take my word for it, just ask every other flash-in-the pan band that gets run through the hype mill every year only to be playing Tuesdays at the Comet years later.

I agree with World Champ. Get those boys on the road.

They have definitely been played out over the past year. Having a Mad Rad/Fresh Espresso show every 10 days does not help your draw and comes off as an attempt to milk it for the almighty dollar. Wonder what their PR manager, Kerrie, does for them? P Smoov still books the shows.

Twittering about a art rap band doesn't make one a PR manager.

Last interview I read said they wont be playing for a while cause they have some big stuff coming up. As a fan I dont mind seeing them all the time locally. Also, who cares? Let them run them, unless you are offering your help.
