There've been a few of these music videos made entirely from sound clips from movies. Most of them are mildly amusing. But this one, from T2, actually sounds like the period this movie came from:
This could have been a dance single from 1991, when the movie was released. Hell, it would have been better than anything from Enigma, who was popular at the time.

Pogo's got a ton of these. He's a talented dude, but I think his schtick might be wearing thin. That said, I loved this when I heard it.
