Dusty Fingers of Fate: The Big Dig @ Vermillion March 20

Posted by on Tue, Mar 16, 2010 at 4:40 PM

The Big Dig, one of Seattle's top gatherings of ye olde wax fiends, DJs, sad, old collectors who will die alone but with thousands of recordings, and fans of anachronistic, tangible music items, goes down Sat. March 20 at Vermillion Art Gallery in Capitol Hill. The Dug night's DJs and their most trusted pals will be spinning that great vintage funk, soul, reggae, etc., and 20 record dealers from around the Northwest and beyond will be vending to beat the band. All the info you could want about the event is here.

I'm on the hunt for a lot of things, but Patrick Vian's Bruits et Temps Analogues (which I used to own before the catastrophe), is near the top of my list.
