The baby pic is just outside the VIP, so yes, it's inside the CHBP. But it's not like people could walk around the main part of CHBP with drinks, anyway (Washington is weird..). I saw that baby jammin' at the Obits show, no baby earplugs, unless they were the super stealth custom molded ones (completely possible).

Yes, Guenevere (baby) had custom made baby ear plugs from dental wax. They worked great, and she could still enjoy Mommy playing the main stage w Mad Rad.
