This year Windows has partnered up with the Decibel Festival and are presenting the dB Conference, which is "an educational series of panels, screenings and workshops" that will be offered for free during the festival (you can see the workshop and panel line-up here). Windows is also going to have a series of online features running in conjuntion with the festival—so far they've interviewed Dave Pezzner and Darek Mazzone of KEXP (read that here).

But perhaps most importantly? Windows is giving away a pair of all-access passes to one lucky Line Out winner! The festival runs September 22-26th at various venues throughout the city, and the line-up features dozens of different performers including Flying Lotus, Pantha Du Prince, Modeselektor, and so many more. And you can SEE IT ALL FOR FREE.

To enter to win the passes, send your first and last name to freetickets@thestranger.com with Decibel Festival in the subject line. One winner will be chosen on Monday, September 20th, and notified via e-mail.

Good luck!
