All In Together Now

Posted by on Wed, Apr 13, 2011 at 12:11 PM

Ego Trip continues being the best thing to ever happen to hiphop with this little clip, unearthed by contributor (and extremely underappreciated MC/producer) J-Zone. The three cousins that formed the nucleus of the Wu-Tang—the Genius AKA the GZA, Ason AKA OL' Dirty Bastard, and Prince Rakeem AKA the RZA, appear on cable access show Rhythm & Soul back in 1991, well before the formal formation of the Clan. Skip to 5:17 to hear Dirty beatbox for GZA. Can it be that it was all so simple?
