Dear KEXP, Please Institute a Ban on "Wake Up" by Arcade Fire

You just played it yet again. Everyone has heard it too many times—yes, it is undeniably anthemic, but it has become tired.

Even the best radio station in town is still just a radio station, and therefore inherently shitty.

I'm not saying you're wrong Bethany and I'm not saying you shouldn't have posted it, but this post makes me sad.

Can we add "Fake Empire" by The National? Great songs that we've all heard too many times.

When your biggest complaint is Arcade Fire, things ain't too bad. If you want a completely tailored playlist, turn off the radio and pick your own music!

I really want to never hear that horrible horrible horrible song "As We Enter" by Nas and Damien Marley. Jesus that song sucks.

KEXP is 103.7 the mountain for hipsters. A lot of safe as milk indie pop as epitomized by Arcade Fire.

If we're dropping names, WEFUNK always plays awesome old soul & funk and dope hip hop from any time period. I dig Street Sounds but you aren't ever going to hear uncensored Guru or anything, unfortunately.
