I've been driving myself bats over this for the last week. I've done the thing where you go through the alphabet in your head. I've typed things like, "rap video fried chicken delivery to country club" into search engines. I still cannot remember the song or artist of a video that I remember seeing a year or two ago.
Here's what I remember: it's a contemporary rap video, I'd guess from sometime between the year 2003 to 2007. It starts off with the rapper getting a phone call from his girlfriend, who is asking him to come over to her family's house for a BBQ. She's calling from a lounge chair near a pool. I think her father is cooking things on a grill. The rapper is sitting 1/2 in his car with the door open with one or two other women hanging on him. I think he says to his girlfriend that he can't come to the BBQ but will meet her at a country club later. I don't remember what happens in the middle, but near the end he goes to the country club and doesn't like the food. The country club patrons are unhappy that he's there because he's not dressed properly (maybe). Eventually, he decides to order fried chicken, and a person in a chicken costume on a bicycle delivers the chicken to the man, much to the dismay of the country club diners. The best part is that he finishes some of the chicken and then throws one of the bones into the air and it lands into another man's glass of wine or water or champagne, etc. The song eventually ends with the message that the rapper doesn't have manners, kind of like "I'm Not A Gentleman" by the Geto Boys for the 2000s.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS VIDEO IS. Thanks a heap.
