What's your favorite kind of soup?
WHITE SHOES: Hmm. Ah. [Long pause.] Pho?
BLUE SNEAKERS: Pho.

What kind of snowboard do you have?
WHITE SHOES: I have a Burton. It's hot pink.
BLUE SNEAKERS: I don't have a snowboard.

Have you ever been to Russia in the winter?
WHITE SHOES: No.
BLUE SNEAKERS: No, but I like vodka.

Bonus shoe-related question! Have you ever been kicked in the face?
WHITE SHOES: YES! I have actually. Over here by Value Village. I got jumped by four people and I said he had soft hands because it didn't hurt that much so his friend kicked me in the mouth. It was kind of awesome.
BLUE SNEAKERS: Yes. It was at a show, I think it was at a Dead Kennedy's show. Pre-nineties. Gettin' rowdy in the pit!

WHITE SHOES: Buffalo Madonna of Mad Rad, also known as Nate Quiroga, who will be making his literary debut at Chop Suey on August 4. Mad Rad plays Block Party Sunday at 11:30 pm.

Yup, I ate 'em.

Darwin was kind of stringy, but the high level of energy drink in his blood really gave me a rush. Radjaw was a bit hairy, but pretty succulent. P Smoov tasted like sex, with a dash of sriracha.

I was still hungry, so I ate Rik Rude for good measure. He tasted like smooth chocolate with a note of red wine.

God, it must suck so much to be you, @3. Sorry 'bout your luck.
