Upcoming Neutral Milk Hotel Founder Jeff Mangum to Play Moore Theatre Monday, April 16

This just confirmed by STG. Tickets are $32.50 + fees, and go on sale Friday, January 13, at 10 am. As we reported yesterday, Songkick was claiming April 16 and 17, which likely means a second show will go on sale for that Tuesday if the Monday show sells well enough. Either way, set your dang reminders.

i saw jeff mangum in november in jersey and it was AWESOME AND GOOD AND FILLED MY HEART WITH JANGLY JOY. a++ will purchase tickets again.

just a heads up to anyone planning on getting tickets, the show in minneapolis I grabbed tickets for sold out in 1 minute at a similarly sized venue. If you want tickets, I'd grab them the minute they go on sale

I have a feeling this is going to be one of those shows where the entire audience is annoyingly singing/drunkenly shouting every word so you can barely focus on whats going on. I'll still try to get tickets though.

This show is going to be seriously godawful. Worst ever. Stay away. Whatever you do, DON'T BUY TICKETS. Until after I have mine, OK? Got that? NO TICKETS. Don't click on that link! Don't even think about it. Aren't you coming down with something? You'd be better off just staying in that night, right? If you change your mind, make it after 10:30 or so, OK? Cool. We're cool.

It is Friday 9:30AM and I just bought 4 tickets from the STG website. Figured I'd try as a goof and expected to get shut out till 10. Not thrilled I missed the presale yesterday and would have been very upset if the show sold out today because I waited till 10 to buy. WTF Stranger?! Well, despite your best efforts, I'm getting in...
