Posted by on Tue, Jan 17, 2012 at 4:52 PM

Georgetown Music Store was broken into early this morning and had a great deal of gear stolen. Below is some important information from GMS employee Brandon Jensen along with a list of the instruments that were lifted. If you see something, say something.

Thank Jebus they didn't take that furry drum kit that's just inside the window. I've had my eye on that for awhile.

Oh, great. Steal from a shop that goes out of its way to support those of us trying to make a living by playing music. Yeah, that's good. Motherfuckers.

Laying it on a little thick with your insurance fraud, eh? Don't waste our time with "Wolf!" Just collect your check and stay quiet.

Unfortunately, insurance for a small business like that is too expensive, and they were not insured. They had an alarm system that went off, but by the time the cops got there, the thieves were gone.
