I am supposed to take a daily 15 minute stress break for the SCCA's Health challenge (I am on a team) but I havent been able to find time to take it. (sad, yes?) I just set up a daily 15 min appt with this video link in it. Thanks.

I've been reading collected writings of John Muir, and his words depict this scenery, without humans, before the logging and damming and sheepherding ruined so much. This video at least didn't show too many people fucking things up...
